Refund Policy
We back the service. Try it free for a week, and if you're still not into it after paying, you've got 24 hours to get every cent back.
At IPTV USA, we want you happy with the service before any money changes hands — and after. Here's how the free trial works, when you can get a refund, and how to ask for one.
1. Free Trial
You get a 7-day free trial with no credit card up front. That covers every channel and feature on whichever plan you pick. The trial ends on its own after 7 days, and we won't charge you a dime unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and you're not happy for any reason at all, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment.
- Refund requests must come in within 24 hours of the original payment date.
- Refunds cover first-time purchases only — renewals don't qualify.
- Money goes back to the same card or wallet you paid with.
- Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
3. How to Request a Refund
Pick whichever method is easiest for you:

Drop in the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid. We work through every refund request inside 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable, so if you want to step away, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Need a hand cancelling? Just ping support and we'll sort it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few cases where a refund won't apply:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions (sharing logins, working around region restrictions, that kind of thing).
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank — talk to us directly instead and we'll resolve it faster.
6. Technical Issues

7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy whenever we need to. New terms apply from the date they're posted, but if you're already a subscriber, you keep the refund rights that were in place when you bought your plan.
